Uncontained lead paint (evident in chipping or loose particles) can cause serious blood levels & health issues, especially for children & pets. Please recognize some of the obvious concerns that you could be seeing in your own home, such as shown in photos below. We are a fully licensed company for lead abatement and demolition, with the Maryland Department of Environment and Environmental Protection Agency. All our work is done in full compliance with regulatory requirements. We will work with you to do a visual inspection, obtain any necessary testing, educate you on the possible dangers of your situation, and to ensure that your living area is lead free and safe for your family or tenants.
